We TEST our products before processing shipments, and all packages are well-protected and shipped promptly to ensure your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. 


Shipping Methods: 


United States Postal Priority Mail:


1. Usually arrives in the United States within 2-3 business days

2. Every United States Priority Package has detailed online tracking at www.usps.com

3. Additional shipping charges may apply on large and heavy packages 


UPS Ground:


1. Usually arrives in the United States within 4-7 business days

2. Every UPS Ground Package has detailed online tracking at www.ups.com

3. Additional shipping charges may apply on large and heavy packages



UPS 3 Day Select:


1. Delivery by the end of the third business day

2. Every UPS 3 Day Select Package has detailed online tracking at www.ups.com

3. Additional shipping charges may apply on large and heavy packages 


UPS 2nd Day Air:


1. Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time

2. Every UPS 2nd Day Air Package has detailed online tracking at www.ups.com

3. Additional shipping charges may apply on large and heavy packages 



Note: All shipping times are for reference purposes only. In exceptional cases, longer transit time may apply and shipments may be delayed by your local customs office. Toymine does not offer any guarantee on the shipping times listed above. Stamp Duties, import taxes and any other extra charge will be paid by the recipient. The shipping cost is non-refundable once the item(s) has been sent out.



Return Policy: 


Toymine is committed to providing excellent customer service. We appreciate your business and make every effort to accommodate your helicopter needs. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges which comply with the following requirements: 


# All Returns or exchanges must be filled within 14 days of purchase and received back at Toymine within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions. 


# Product must be unopened in its original packing and in a re-sellable condition. 


# Toymine will not accept responsibility for damage due to usage of the products and accessories. 


# We will not refund return shipping charges under any circumstances for returned merchandise. 


# The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be filled, submitted and printed in its entirety and you must include it with the returned merchandise. 


# Returns must be attached with original or a copy of the sales receipt ( including order # )
