Wholesale and Reseller Programs
Welcome to Toymine's wholesale and reseller programs. We are the authorized US and California sole distributor of the Shenzhen TWF Hobby Company Limited, the manufacturer of the famous RC hobby brand - Esky. As a Esky official distributor, we maintain a very high order volume from the factories in order to keep our costs low and competitive. We believe that we offer the best pricings and services to our customers. We currently supply our products to US, Mexico, Europe, Asia, Australia and many other locations in the world.
Following are the terms and conditions that shall apply to "Resellers," who order Esky Products at wholesale solely for the purposes of resale to the public. Verification may include photographs of Reseller's store, a government wholesale seller permit, Federal Tax ID, Business License or any other applicable documentation.
Orders/Payments
All orders are subject to Toymine's approval. Reseller must make payment for all orders in US dollars prior to shipment. Toymine accepts the following forms of payment: Cash; Visa; Master Card; Cashier's check / money order; Bank Wire ($20 fee); or any other financial transfer instrument agreed to in advance. Toymine will charge required local and state taxes for California Resellers if not provided with a current California issued Resale certificate. Reseller is solely responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.
Pricing Policy
Prices are quoted at the time of an order or in the invoice and are good for ten days. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Products are available on a first come, first buy basis and are not guaranteed to be in stock. Toymine only sell by case. A minimum of 5 cases per total order is required. A $10 handling fee will be applied to all orders below the minimum. Toymine reserves the right to change this number at any time.
Shipment
Orders are proceed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm PST. Most items ship within 24 - 48 business hours of receipt of payment and will arrive in 5 - 7 business days from shipping date. You may call or email us at any time to the status of the existing order. Items are shipped via UPS from Los Angeles at Reseller's expense. Shipping to the lower 48 states is standard ground. Expediting your order is available when checking out. UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. If you desire shipper other than UPS, ask at the time you are being quoted. Delivery should be made to a commercial address however if a noncommercial address is provided, an additional $10.00 UPS charge will be applied post delivery and the delivery will not require a signature. Reseller agrees that Toymine will not be responsible any delivery loss or damage. (For international orders, confirm shipping methods in advance.)
Inspection and Acceptance
All sales are final. Toymine is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. Reseller should obtain its own shipping insurance. No claims will be honored without proper notification.
Applicable Law
This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to the choice-of-law provisions thereof. Reseller agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and of the United States of the states where it does business.
